Twice a month we meet for 60-90 minutes to discuss deals you're working on.  In a small group, sharing what you're looking at. Answering questions.  Helping and supporting each other to Invest with Certainty.

Expectations:


We meet every other week for 60-90 minutes.  Generally on Wed at 4pm MTN.

You can send me your deals in advance and we will review as a group.  Getting feedback.  With the goal of supporting you to investing in commercial real estate with certainty.

The Investment:


$1,000/month

There is no long term commitment.  Saying that, the majority of the group, have been in for more than a year.  It is kept small and we only allow new members when there is available space.
